{ Sowing Seeds } The Conservancy is proud to present the vision for a world-class botanical garden within the Orange County Great Park. We are planning the launch of the first feature of the Botanical Garden, a “preview garden,” which could begin construction as early as July 2008. Your membership support provides the seed money for the early planning and development of the this first phase in addition to generating important community support. We invite you to join us as a Garden Member. All Garden Members are entitled to exclusive behind-the-scenes opportunities during the design and development of the Garden. You will receive invitations to Members-Only events and garden tours. And, perhaps most gratifying, you will have an enduring and lasting legacy in the Botanical Garden at the Orange County Great Park. The Great Park Conservancy envisions the Great Park to be one of the world's great metropolitan parks. The role of the Great Park Conservancy is to generate and maintain public and private support throughout Orange County and beyond for the development and operation of the Orange County Great Park. The Conservancy will be partnering in the design, development, and operation of specific programs at the Orange County Great Park, such as this first project, the Botanical Garden at the Orange County Great Park.
